LinkedIn Japan, Opportunities and Challenges

The site is doing well but the fact that Japanese business culture is dramatically different than the rest of the world, the platform may face some challenges down the road. On the other hand, many early adopters of Facebook in Japan were males in their 30s and 40s some of whom used the site as a career development tool.
